Shipping Policy

After the order is placed, it will take 1-2 business days to be processed. If an item is out of stock, and email will be sent to you offering a exchange or a refund for the product.

When the order ships, ground shipping within the US will take 3-5 Business Days. Expedited shipping is available if need. We offered 2 Day shipping and overnight shipping at an additional cost. Tracking for the order will be sent as soon as the shipment leaves the shipping facility.

Return & Exchange Policy

When the order is received, if there are any flaws or damage within the product it can be returned. Please email BossyGlossyCEO@gmail.com with the concern and photos if possible and we will work together on how the product should be returned. When we receive the product, we will inspect it to make sure it was not used and will send the refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund.

A REFUND IS NOT OFFERED ON USED PRODUCTS.

We do NOT offer any exchanges. If a product is returned, we will credit the money back and you can purchase the new product that you like.
